how many grams of protein?

I recently acquired protein, I know you have to take 5gr, with 700mg pods you have to take 8?
for the standards you have to take 08 g / kg per day sa for an adult who does not do training but if you do strength exercise for example bodybuilding you can reach up to 1.5 g / kg per day, and it varies depending on the time of your training and your body weight
Do you have protein or gainer? The doses will not be the same.
Generally it is accepted that:
– A sedentary person needs 1gr of protein per day per kilogram of body weight.
– An athlete needs 2;
– And a bodybuilder between 3 and 5.
Regarding the dosage, if it is whey, a single scoop will suffice. This will make +/- 30g of protein.
If it is a gainer, between 2 and 5 pods, depending on your size, your weight, and your goals.
