So here I bought a protein food supplement the name is amino acids chain on the box written in to take 6 to 12 pill a day spaced I find this “dose” quite exaggerated so I take 2 or 3 per day one before and 1 or 2 after each session knowing that I do it every day my problem is that I do not see the results so I don’t know if it’s because I hurt myself who are written or any symplemen that it takes time.
how much would I recommend taking to see the difference faster?
