I must gain 10 kg but I would like to continue to eat a balanced diet.
There are food supplements like Fortimel, or protein powder, I am advised Pro Mass.

without weight training, protein powder will not make you fat (your body does not need it, it will drain them into the sewer).
promass is a gainer, ie a mixture of protein and carbohydrate. And that, yes, it will make you fat (mainly by increasing your fat).

on the contrary. The gainer provide a very large number of calories (some up to 1500 kcal per dose) in a reduced volume (100-250g of powders approximately). In addition, the powder is “pre-digested” therefore very digestible. Ingesting the calorie equivalent in a more traditional form would be much more complicated, more expensive, longer and less digestible.
And if you really have 10 pounds to put on, you need to at least double the number of kcal / day you eat.
In all cases, whatever the “shape” of your food, if you eat fat, you will store fat; and if you eat high protein without exercising, you are not building muscle mass.
