How to gain weight?
Good evening, I am 15 years old and I am 1m74 for 58kg. I am looking to gain weight to be able to put myself seriously in bodybuilding. I expect to gain between 4 and 8 cm again during my growing years but I would like to gain weight now if possible.
I already have a V-shaped body but I think it is hereditary because in my father’s family we are all skinny with a well-shaped body.
