How to reduce the feeling of pervasive hunger?

I eat whatever comes to hand at any time … the feeling is omnipresent … it gets frustrating I can’t keep control it’s very hard … Luckily I practice daily 1h30 of sport every two days … I would like to change things to feel better psychologically ^^ Do you know a food supplement or other ???
