hydroxycut hardcore, walking and dieting?
Good morning all !
After several years of junk food and letting go, I decided to take matters into my own hands! For 3 weeks I have been on a diet rich in proteins and low in carbohydrates and lipids (by nutritionist doctor).
Being allergic to sports, I chose to walk to promote my weight loss. I walk 3 to 4 times a week, between 1h15 and 2h at around 5km / h.
I’m barely down to – 2 kg and would like to try HYDROXYCUT HARDCORE.
Do you think this can be useful in my case?
If so, should I take the capsules every day or only on the days I walk?

Regarding brisk walking, you need to be at 60 – 70% of your HR Max, to mainly burn lipids.
