Once or twice a week is far too little, by doing so little sport you waste your time and your money. The Hcut is not a miracle pill, it just allows you to have a lot more energy (physical and mental) to train more intensely.

Well, the problem with these products is that they self-proclaimed “fat burners”, and suddenly everyone thinks that you just have to swallow them in front of their TV to melt.
It is totally wrong. They are notably widely used in many endurance sports (tennis, football, American football), but also in bodybuiding. Not necessarily for the fat burning side but more for the boost and the potato that it gives.
But a BDGrais used without sports is a waste of time.
Otherwise almost all of the BDGs work in the same way (except for two or three ingredients), by promoting thermogenesis (rise in the internal temperature of the body which induces the burning of calories).

Good cardio every two days: 45 minutes of cycling at a good pace for example. The ideal would be 1h, and with the help of a BDG it seems quite feasible to me.
