Hello, I have been practicing bodybuilding for 5 months in the gym at the rate of 2 to 3 sessions of 1h30 per week. And wanting to promote mass gain I bought protein powder from Decathlon that I take during my sessions.
I would like to know if this is effective and if so when exactly should it be taken.
Also since I started weight training I don’t feel like I have gained muscle mass.
Is this normal?
