I am 1m52 and I weigh 30 kg. Everyone in my family tells me that I am anorexic! by dint of repeating it to myself, I am also really starting to find myself too thin. I have skin on my bones especially on the wrist and yet I still have a LITTLE (normal) flop! I don’t like to eat a lot … and very few vegetables! I don’t eat in the morning because I’m not hungry … I know I will have to and sometimes I try hard to do it but most of the time I don’t … Who can give me food advice to gain a few pounds (oh yes and I want to clarify that I am flat chest level I do not know if it is related to the fact that I do not eat but hey …) please help me

I too am skinny 43kg for 1m61 c what I am offered and also to practice a sporting activity it whets the appetite
If you are not really hungry, you can help yourself with Clinutren, Fortimel, etc. style supplements. These are berlingots to drink. But obviously it is more pleasant to eat food.
