I am 80 KGS for a 1M75, I want to seriously start a training to lose weight and gain a little muscle mass, but not too much, like R.Martin, are the prots really essential to obtain this kind of musculature? Do you have to lose weight first and then only start the loads or not? what is the ideal breakfast for this physiognomy, in short to you the experts.
