intensive sport ….
for a week I started a sports preparation
Monday: jogging between 1 hour and 1:30 + muscle building
Tuesday: 1 hour swimming
Wednesday: jogging + muscle building
Thursday: 1 hour swimming
Friday once in two jogging + muscle building that’s
my sports program
I would have liked to know if taking proteins or food supplements would be beneficial to me or not?
to be able to hold because this preparation lasts about 8 months!

before thinking about supplements, try to have a solid diet
yes it would be beneficial since you are going to work out. If you wish, I have food and protein supplement products.
