Is gainer good for gaining muscle and weight?
Good evening, First of all I will introduce myself. My name is Gaëtan I have just turned 19 I measure 1m72 for 57kg. I have an ectomorphic morphology and therefore I really cannot take a single kg.
I will now explain to you why I came. For a few years now, I have become more complex in relation to my weight. So I recently decided to put myself in bodybuilding. So I acquired a few months ago a weight bench and accessories as well, I also practice pancrace 6 hours per week. I can therefore work all the muscles in the body. I would like before I turn 20, see before reaching 70kg (I inquired and saw that my ideal weight would be 70kg compared to my height) So, I would like to take a food supplement but I don’t know if I have to take a Gainer because of my morphology which would make me gain muscle but also fat or WHEY proteins. Knowing that what interests me of course is muscle.So if thanks to the gainer I reach my goal of 70kg but I have more fat than muscle, it really doesn’t interest me.
I therefore appeal to you and your experiences to help me as much as possible on my future choices and to advise me.
I don’t think you would gain fat with a gainer since you are very thin but then turn to the “Steel Mass Pro” it is an intermediary between the whey and the gainer.
Even if I wouldn’t gain fat, would I still gain pounds or not? Because I was told that thanks to the gainer, that I would take 4x per day I would gain 1kilos per week if it is true it is rather not bad and even more if I would not take too much fat. Have I also been told that there are several types of gainer, with more or less protein, which would be best suited for me?
