Konjac who has tested
Hello here I would like to lose a few pounds because I am very greedy and I have put on weight a little lately I had the “yoyo effect” after a depression I lost 10 kilos and I took it back so I would like to lose a little I heard of this hunger pang I would like to have opinions if someone has to test and have your impression? thank you so much
I just heard about it as well, but no one to answer me. I will still search for answers for a week, and then if not, I will try. There doesn’t seem to be any risk.
Konjac is an ingredient, it is transformed into konnyaku which has the particularity of being low in calories
but it has never made you lose weight on its own!
