Limit the absorption of calories: Chitosan, Nopal?
On a diet for several months, I try to stabilize my weight and therefore pay close attention to what I eat.
Only, I will soon be going on vacation for a week with friends (in a group of young people), and this could be fatal for my weight: It is clear that we are not going to eat balanced at all (pasta, pizzas, sauces). …) not to mention the alcohol that is expected to flow freely!
I don’t want to play the killjoy and therefore intend to adapt to the rhythm of the week.
So, I have several questions:
– Is it possible to take nopal or chitosan (or xls calories control etc.) during this week to limit the absorption of calories, sugars and fats so as not to gain weight? Which do you recommend?
– Can I also take these capsules occasionally during the year to prevent excess? (Family meals, pancakes party etc. where am I required to go?)
– Is there a risk to my breast? I basically lost breasts during my diet and hardly have any anymore. Will this decrease them further?
-Are these food supplements compatible with fenugreek? I take it precisely 3 times a day with meals to try to regain a little breast.
– Is there a risk of “addiction” or other: Do I risk gaining weight if I stop this or these supplements?
