I have been working out for 4 months and to gain a little more mass I would like to take powder for mass gain that my weight room sells.
I know how to respect the doses, but what I’m wondering is if this product is working properly if I have to stop working my muscles is it not going to become quite flabby. there is no more activity will I melt afterwards and be all limp in the muscles?
