Mass gain, need for help
Hello I am 16 years old, I have been working out for 2 years and I weigh 65kg for 1M71. My muscles are well defined, I am not too fat or too dry.
But I have been working for more than 6 months, and I am not taking anything anymore, my muscles are well defined but do not grow
I eat relatively well, 3 or 4 meals a day, during my training I drink 1L or 2L of water …
After I smoke a lot, I go to bed around 2am to get up around noon. I train once every two days.
I have a mate who had the same problem as me, he took prot, so I would like to know which proteins could you advise me?
