Mass gain problem … Spending too much ??

My name is David I am 23 years old.
I measure 173 cm for 60 kgs …
The imc gives me a “perfect” weight but I find myself too thin ..
I eat like a glutton (sometimes the equivalent of 2 normal meals …) but do not take no weight.
I am a mechanical technician and my work is very trying .. I wear heavy, work in very uncomfortable positions for several hours.
I go home at night I am ……. Laundry.
I love sport but don’t do it anymore because I no longer feel the need to exercise.
Is there a solution to my problem? (without changing jobs)

Ba technically, you know you must be 1m73 for 63 kg, so three kilos to take so advice simply goes from 3 meals a day to 5 =))!

No seriously I don’t know I have the same problem as you I am 19 years old, I am 57kg for 1m77 and I am not gaining weight however I do about 8h30 of sport per week ^^!
But in any case a remark I do not think that creatine is a good solution, can be a dietary supplement other, but be careful to see if your activity of the day is trying enough for you to build muscle!

Well, look tomorrow I’m 8h 21h with a 1 hour break …. and install 3500 kilo machine parts on a 2-stage production line … yes my job is very trying. And today I changed a geared motor weighing more than 400 kgs in one day so you understand why I don’t need to work out when I get home
For the 5 meals sometimes I had a hard time eating my meal at noon because lack of time because of machine stoppages … 1000 euros for the 15 mins of stoppage … aqlors take 5 meals a day .. I do not even think about it.
That is why I am trying to find out if a food understanding will be able to satisfy me. Over a big week of work I can lose 3kgs without changing my eating habits.
And for my part yes I think that creatine will help me because I need muscle to collect the big efforts.

The solution is muscle + food, if you don’t have time to build muscle or eat, postpone it all later or forget about it.
