I would like to increase my musculature quite significantly. I started serious mass for 2 weeks but I would like to know what to do next. (finish my 5kg of serious mass – one dose in the morning and one in the evening – then drying?) and how to proceed knowing that I do 1h30 of fitness per day and that I measure 1m80 / 85kg.

I do 1h30 but mostly biceps, triceps and pectorals. I already have a correct mass (I am a professional soldier) with a slight surplus due to my weight gainer that I intended to eliminate in 1-2 months with a hair cut.
for other info I am 23 years old, 1m80 / 85kg, male 100 cm chest circumference, 63 cm thigh circumference and 33 cm arm circumference.
I try especially to increase my arm circumference and to refine the drawing of the muscles.
