Mass gainer + CW?
I started working out, I gain muscle quite easily but I would like to “swell” (gain mass what) more. So, I went to decathlon (I don’t want to get into the debate “Decathlon product = shit) and I spoke to the head of the protein department. I told him that I wanted to take some mass, so he recommended the “Mass gainer” to me but I also told him that I wanted to dry so that the muscles were seen well enough and there they told me that I should combine the Mass gainer with the CW The mass gainer + or – 30 minutes before the training and the CW + or – 30 min after the training.
My question is: is this way of doing things right? If not, how should I go about it with the 2 products I have in my possession mentioned above.

In any case, the gainer is a powder rich in proteins and carbohydrates which will increase muscle mass but also fat mass!
It’s necessary to choose. Either you take in mass or you dry out but both at the same time should not be dreamed.
I advise you to do a mass gain with the gainer then to follow on a dry with the CW (even if I do not know what it is)
