mass
Hi everyone,
I have been working out for 9 months (6 times a week)
my body is well defined and I am not able to gain mass. So I would like to take product for “mass gain”.
Someone told me that this kind of product was very good, and other person told me that with this kind of product I only had a belly.
I would like to have your opinion on the product “mass”
and if you are for this kind of product tell me which brand is buying.
thank you in advance
Whey is consumed a lot by bodybuilders. To be taken after the session.
When you’re starting out in bodybuilding, there’s no need to dope with commercial products that are just expensive and often … useless traps.
You must focus on 3 essential areas:
-an effective program (4 good sessions per week with adequate weights and perfect execution of movements)
-rest (between sets, between trained groups, and 8-hour nights lying down before midnight)
– eat normally, the proteins you find in all common foods, prefer whole products (wholemeal bread, wholemeal pasta, quinoa etc.) if possible from organic farming, avoid sweets, white sugar, sugared almonds, ban the alcohol, drink water, eat fruits and vegetables in recommended amounts.
You will find on sites like
http://muscul.az.free.fr/ good advice which I guarantee you will make you progress in your sport with increasing satisfaction every day.

Ah yes, a clarification: 6 times a week is too much. 4 times is good, with 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes per session.

I give my opinion =
6 times a week c is any nawak, c is too much, 2 to 3 times will be enough,
The most important to build
mass and muscle = muscle
rest between each session, this is the qu it is being built!
and to build it c is inevitable = you have to eat !! on the other hand where I do not join jeff, it is that the protein is the very essence, if you do not take it … you will strain and cause muscle atrophy instead of hypertrophy !!!
there are proteins that are very well balanced and provide you with far more essential nutrients than 3 meals (which very often people do not know how to distribute and balance)
know that your muscle pumps 30 grams of protein every 3 hours
and you have to provide it, otherwise …. it’s not good … for mass gain of course !!!!!!!
And for the protein, which makes you flinch =
the gainer is for rapid mass gain but necessarily with a little fat!
As for the person who tells you that it makes you flinch, there is a reason for that = it is that they do not know how to take it, you have to eat several times a day, 5 meals is good, and not 3 meals and force-feed a stack! it is absolutely necessary to make your 5 meals, and always stay a little on the end, and the protein will be taken (depending on the type and the brand) between these meals.
Voilaaaaa
Jeff: when we solicit the muscles as during body building, phase of lean mass gain, normal food is no longer enough or the need to supplement.
I recommend Iron Max nutritional powder from First American Nutrition on the Dyna Life website.
Already if you train 6 times a week, you are undoubtedly overtrained-elevation of cortisol-brake of lean mass gains. I suggest 4 sessions per week of 75 minutes max each. Remember to consume a good serving of complex carbohydrates as well as BCAAs before training.
Diet is what is most often overlooked by newbies in strength training. However, a good diet explains three quarters of the mass gain. It is therefore crucial. Whey, which I mentioned, is not a dope: it is a natural product, very rich in protein, which promotes mass gain.
…
Once again, I agree with Jeff 300% on the fact that 6 times a week is not at all good for you !! Your muscles will dry up and tire quickly if you continue like this.
And as for proteins, here I do not necessarily agree with Jeff … I worked out for 2 years in a reputable center, with a personal trainer, and there were very few effects.
I know a product to take in mass that is very efficient: Serious Mass. Amino acids, sugars, proteins, everything you need for good mass gain is in it.
Be careful, however: do not start the dosage fully, you have to get your body used to it calmly.
And also: Do not only weight training, also do an exercise bike, for example, or a training mat to evacuate superfluous fat …
