Meal replacement in the morning.
I’ll give you a quick overview, I am a non-vomiting bulimic and in stage 2 obesity.
I recently had a small course of meal replacement powder to give myself a starter. I know very well that these “diets” are not miracles, I just wanted to give myself a helping hand to get started physically and psychologically.
I have found that introducing a sachet at breakfast was very beneficial for me, I no longer have any cravings after two hours and I eat less at noon. (I do not eat in the morning)
So I wanted to know if I could keep the habit of the sachet in the morning, if it is not dangerous for health and especially if you had a brand to advise me. (Which does not cost the skin of the buttocks preferably.)
I specify that this is not a request for a product to lose weight, I prefer to avoid the high protein. It’s a real habit that I want to establish in order to have all the nutrients, vitamins and so on that my body needs without having to eat breakfast.

all depends on the nutritional indications indicated on your sachet … Does it contain enough proteins, fats, carbohydrates, fibers, vitamins and minerals?

my opinion: nothing can replace real food. But if you find your balance and your happiness like that for the moment, continue your process.
