For someone who does bodybuilding, we roughly say that you need an intake of 2g of protein per body weight so in your case: 2×65 kgs = 130g.
If you eat in a balanced way, you should cover about 50% of this intake, or 65g. You therefore have 65g left to absorb via supplements such as Whey.
Rounding it off amounts to taking 3 whey shakers of 25g (generally, the pods in the package are 25g, you will have to check the box).
Ideally, you should distribute these 3 shakers throughout the day, knowing that you MUST HAVE one just after your weight training session.
When it comes to Whey, make sure it contains at least 80% protein. My preference is for the Reflex brand which makes good quality products with a not too disgusting taste.
