My secret against expensive health
Good morning all!
Health is in the head and in the plate.
I have spent 20 years working in Asia and have always been in good shape. I attribute this to my consumption of Korean Ginseng root and the Goji berries that I have been taking every day for years.
Since I returned to France, I have been buying this dried fruit from a recognized quality laboratory. This is where I found the one that kept all its vitality. (It can even sprout!)
This wonderful fruit is a very powerful antioxidant and has the highest vibratory rate because it comes from the high valleys of the ‘himalayas.
To find out more, you can listen to Doctor Andréani who talks about it to Marc Menant in the program Label vie:
If this link does not work, look in the archives of April 5, 2 p.m.
Since eating these Goji berries (Lycium Barbarum L.), I have given up all the other dietary supplements that I took before (complexes vit. minerals oligo, omegas, royal jelly and other anti-pain plants …). Hello savings!
The great benefit that this Goji brings is the feeling of mental clarity and good humor.
For Tibetans, this berry is the fruit of a smile because it would suffice to eat a handful each morning, to experience joy and serenity until the evening …
And you, what is your secret to stay in great shape?
Thank you for your answers in MP.
For those (or those) who have not found the radio recording of the journalist with Christophe Andreani, doctor, who talks about this exceptional GOJI fruit, you must listen to the last 30 minutes of the podcast!
Here is where I am of my experiments and my research:
I was conquered by the Goji after having made a cure of attack of ‘a month to make back pain disappear. They have not reappeared since.
I have other testimonials from Asian and Western friends who have relieved their ailments
or greatly improved their health.
thanks to the antioxidant, detoxifying, antispasmodic power … of goji.
I found it in the govt medical publications. USA, 92 studies on lycium barbarum (Himalayan goji).
The analyzes highlight an exceptional richness in polysaccharide elements, immuno-stimulants, anti-oxidants, vitamins, trace elements.
Since 1991 in China and since 1999 in the West, curious specialists have been studying it in their lab:
Goji “Lycium Barbarum” exceeds the best known fruits in the world by more than three times in terms of antioxidants.
The Goji contains 30,500!
It is also one of the richest fruits in the world in vitamins and minerals.
It contains 400 times more vitamin C than orange,
13% more protein than whole wheat,
more beta carotene than carrots, etc …
GOJI is one of the rare plants to contain Germanium. Germanium is known for its anti-cancer effects!
Goji also contains 4 types of polycaccharides which strengthen the immune system. They are master molecules that control the most important defense systems of our body.
Times magazine, with over 24 million monthly readers, dubbed it “Superfruit”!
In this radio program we can hear surprising testimonials from Goji consumers. We talk about diabetes, cholesterol, pain, natural immunities, spasmophilia, hormonal regulation, vitality and the fight against aging, etc.
I ordered this goji by phone from a French laboratory (therefore subject to strict European control standards) which l imports from the Himalayas. The person is friendly, available and knows well the traditional oriental medicines. He sent me a kg of dried Goji berries in 48 hours with two pages of explanations.
This is my secret to staying in shape.
And you, tell us about your natural health recipes!
Good morning all!
Thank you for your PM.
I must provide qq details concerning the quality of the goji which varies according to its place of production.
There are dozens of varieties of goji that do not have the same virtues.
In the Chinese markets of our cities (and other shops), one finds mainly “lycium chinense” imported intensively cultivated in the great plains of central China. According to my experience, its vibratory rate is low and its virtues less.
After having tested 12 goji imported on the European market, the lab in France where I get Goji told me that the germination test should be done. The one that grows (there is very little) proves that it has retained all its vitality and has therefore not been treated when it leaves the producing country.
For this also, we advise against the goji juice which can only be preserved with additives harmful to health.
So for goji for sale on the website, on Ebay, you must request a certificate of origin.
For my part, I am happy to have found in France the good quality of the Lycium Barbarum L. goji berries that I consumed regularly when I worked in Asia.
Are there any of you who have tested Goji?
Hello, I’m interested in goji, but I would like to know if we can find the one that comes from Tibet (barbarum?) In fair trade. Can you give me some information? thank you in advance
I receive more and more requests for information by MP …
so I might as well share it with the readers of this forum.
As you already know, the benefits depend on the quality of the product.
And also, you have to be patient! From the experience of my family and friends, goji works gently but deeply to cleanse our bodies and activate organic functions.
Some may experience small crises of healthy elimination (especially acceleration of transit with darker stools, ..)
In some it will happen in the 1st month, in others after several months. It’s important to persevere, afterwards you feel lighter, with more energy and liveliness.
And you, what is your experience?
You should know that this high quality organic Goji (lycium Barbarum) by its nutritional richness is an excellent compromise to obtain the greatest effects of natural antioxidants and organic minerals that we no longer find in sufficient quantity in our soils impoverished by industrial agriculture.
It goes without saying that if one wanted to buy the necessary food supplements to obtain all the elements contained in Goji, it would cost several hundred euros per month for a much lower end result. As such, I think that high quality Goji, originating from its natural biotope in northern China, remains a perfect food to fight against the black spots in our nutrition: toxicity, deficiencies, imbalances, acidosis. In my experience, ginseng provides nutritional and energy balance and more strength than goji.
To know: Huge plantations in central China have been made since 2010. Unfortunately the owner is a large Chinese international chemical company which exploits the peasants. They cultivate intensively, in particular with the spraying of insecticides by plane …
For my part, I recently tested a very good organic goji from a French importer who supports fair relations for a sustainable development of the inhabitants who gather from Goji in the Himalayan valleys.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
I have been taking it for some time too. I buy it through the net from Thailand. He’s from China. I tried to buy once from a company in Canada. DROP.
It is true that since taking it (not the Canadian one) I feel in good shape without side effects. Besides, I don’t understand how we can buy synthetic products at a very high price when everything is in nature.
For those who are interested I can give the address or I provide myself in private message.
how I told you I tried a lot of suppliers. The only one that I managed to germinate is the one, proof that it is not irradiated.
It costs me less than 30 euros per month. VS’
is cheaper than food supplements.
Honestly, I am thrilled by this fruit, easy to eat, to carry with you.
For those who are interested, contact me. Live chat is always fun
For OLIVIER 101. Hello It is with great hope that I ask for your experience of Goji. After much research on its regions of production, if it is clear that some have exceptional vibratory rates, it is no less a real journey of the combatant to find them with guarantee of origin, at a price that I would qualify as reasonable. I am very interested in geobiology in general and in the world around us in particular. This is the first time that I have communicated on a blog, which is why in the event that you cannot contact me again through this means, I give you my email address email@example.com It is with pleasure that I would share with you.
Thanking you for your attention to my mail, receive my sincere greetings. JR
Know before buying your Goji.
The emails you sent me in PM
generally express your concern about the quality
of the goji available in France. Well, I’m like you!
Having consumed an excellent goji for
several years in Asia and now in France,
I have to restock. Perfectionist and passionate about this wonderful berry, I am currently investigating the evolution of the European market in recent months.
To this day, I can say that some are selling their soul
on the hotel for easy money.
You should first know that there are about forty species of goji trees. Their berries are difficult to distinguish with the eye (for the novice) and they can grow at all altitudes and latitudes, thus developing very variable qualities …
Depending on the season, the drying conditions, storage, … the qualities are very fluctuating on the Asian market where European importers get their supplies, who often redistribute without control and without monitoring, leaving the possibility of mixtures of common berries.
We consumers must therefore understand that the authentic goji from the high valleys of the Hunza country in the Himalayas (Lycium Barbarum L.) is increasingly rare on the markets.
as much as its global consumption has increased
quickly and that the peoples of the villages who make
their daily food of it no longer want to deprive themselves
of their precious food which naturally grows
at 2000 ~ 3000 m altitude.
This is the reason why vast cultures thrive in the central plains of China.
What I can say today:
– Pesticide residues (known as possible
endocrine disruptors) were found in
fields of intensive goji cultivation in central China
following uncontrolled spraying and hazardous spraying by plane around the goji cultivation fields.
– Packaging in plastic packages containing the berries are barcode-free and even without any labeling. Lot traceability is then impossible and leaves open to all mixtures of varieties that do not have the 4 polyssacharides specific to lycium barbarum.
Some merchants bring in large quantities of goji from China,
others buy it in Europe, package it and resell it …
Networks are being built by small independent distributors, most of them not trained in basic nutritional hygiene to give you advice in case of difficulties.
Still others act under the cover of a charter
pseudo-medical without being able to provide any authentic analysis document from an independent and reliable laboratory.
Those there are bluffing to sell a very random quality goji at a high price.
Even health food stores let themselves be influenced!
To buy goji berries which have all the active ingredients according to scientific studies on lycium barbarum, you have to be careful:
– avoid the markets of Chinatowns in large cities and also websites like Ebay where anyone can sell cheap goji without certification.
Also watch out for anonymous sites or blogs dealing lightly with goji.
– require from the retailer the official AB (Organic Agriculture) label issued by Ecocert (and bear the cost) which guarantees the departure and arrival of the absence of pesticides and chemical fertilizers.
If the goji meets the specifications, it issues a certificate and we can then find the AB logo printed on the label that must be stuck on the package.
For the most demanding, also request a non-irradiation test from an independent laboratory.
– pay attention to the packaging which must be of food quality.
Plastic bags used in Asia contain high levels of phthalates. Others in aluminum are not very ecological!
– do not buy goji berries in bulk,
rapid oxidation on contact with air, humidity
and direct light thus losing some of its virtues.
– Obviously, do not consume it in pasteurized juice or in denatured capsules, especially if we have mixed the goji powder with another perlin pinpin powder …
My approach here is to regularly find in France a better quality of this wonderful goji than I consumed during my years in Asia.
I find it damaging for consumers to let the business people contribute to denature products that are exceptional in their
natural growth zone
and when they are preserved from poor workmanship before arriving on our plate.
To this day, I know that you can find good goji berries in Europe.
I hope to conclude my research soon for an excellent goji at the best quality / price ratio and to be able to give you the address of a credible distributor who reasonably markets this fruit with authentically certified quality.
You also bring your experience and information that can complement this subject.
