I created a post because I would like advice …
I work 2 weeks at night (see sometimes
several weeks at night) (3:30 – 10:30) per month and the rest of the day … time to “rest” that I spend at night and hard to hold on … I tried with the “thing that gives you wings” to avoid sleeping (I work on a chain) but nothing to do that does effect but not long and forcefully I don’t know if it’s really good for health so I gave up and turned to ampoules (tonic cocktail) made from ginseng royal jelly guarana, ginger, angelica and acerola … but which have no real effect and I feel like I’m tired all the time …
So I would like to know if you know of a drug, preferably herbal that can keep me up while I’m at work ????
I know that you have to go to bed early etc but I have trouble falling asleep like chickens (although I sleep all the afternoon and it’s barely if I see my man ….)
so I am waiting for your advice / answers and thank you in advance
I know the “Stimfury” ca alarm clock on the other hand it is powder to put in a bottle of water. Basically it’s for sport but maybe it can help you.
