Here I weigh 64kg for 1m82, I started to do weight training a little over a month ago and its giving some results. The problem is that I gain a little muscle but not too much weight. I would like to have your opinion on the possible solutions for weight gain (prot, drugs, tips, brewer’s yeast ….) psk I’m completely lost

the muscu needs the patient. the first GOOD results will be visible after only 6 months if your diet is perfect and your training is perfect. therefore counts 1 year.
then to take quickly there the gainer 3 times a day. lots of carbohydrates at all your meals ….. not forgetting the protein too.
the HIC is that with the muscle you will gain a little fat too
