Need information on proteins
I have a friend who took protein for the purpose of gaining some weight and muscle mass. I have to say it worked pretty well.
Me, I am 24 years old and I am a small size, I am 1m69 for 55kg. I practice French boxing, so I am very muscular and I cannot accumulate fat. So I am thinking of moving towards proteins.
I don’t want to look like a bodybuilder, I just want to gain ten kilograms because nothing helps, no matter how much I ate more than my hunger, I don’t gain a kilo.
