Objective “6 packs”
I have 45 brooms and two and a half months ago I went back to fitness. I suffered what a lot of sedentary men undergo, ie 1kg per year insidiously, and almost 100kg for a size of 1.83.
It was more than necessary, both aesthetically and medically (repeated lumbago).
Here I am at 90 kg with muscles which become protruding very slowly and the size which is refined.
I practice +/- 1 hour of cardio and either group lessons like bodypump or fitness with weights and machines.
That said, I am aware that I can do as many sets of abs as I want, without changing my diet I will not be able to have strong abs. I don’t want to go all the way to a complete blowout either.
Does anyone have any menus or ideas for really effective and safe food supplements? thank you in advance

I took whey yesterday and started using Restyle this morning.
Small problem: I catch myself a nice attack of hives. I think the prot is responsible. It must be said that I have not consumed milk for a very long time. Could it be possible that I have developed an allergy?
