Opinion on scitec nutrition thermo x fat loss accelerator

I do weight training and cardio almost every day, I weigh 80kg for 1.75m and I would like to lose those pounds in my stomach and thighs. and my coach recommended this product to me to help me lose more fat, the prescribed dose is:
1 capsules before lunch 30min
2 capsules before sport 30mn
and 1 capsule before dinner
all this day of sport
and days of rest:
1 capsules before lunch and dinner.

The “thermo x” is a decent fat burner, but there are better ones.
By taking 1 coffee or a green tea 1/2 hour before training, you will have the same effect for much less
I have never taken the Thermo X from Scitec Nutrition but it seems very effective given its composition:
l-carnitine, caffeine, tyrosine, alpha lipoic acid and
Garcinia Cambogi (very powerful natural extract, to read on google).
Afterwards, there are plenty of other fat burners on the market that use different ingredients or even certain ingredients contained in the Thermo X.
Also, that you have to compare the quality / price ratio to know if a burner of fat is effective.
I tried the Adipokill from Scitec Nutrition (

3 kg of fat = 27,000 kcal.
Knowing that what claims to be a “fat burner” does not increase the metabolism by 20 or even 30 kcal / day, maximum, we are far from the mark
I did not know that a fat burner increases metabolism by 20-30 kcal per day … But I can assure you that I did indeed lose 3 kilos in 1 month by taking this fat burner, by following a good training and a diet.
It might not just be fat but my muscles are better defined so I’m lost for sure.
