Protein: How to take?
I know that this subject is not rare but I do not find my happiness in the other answers
I would therefore like to know what is best (I have been exercising for 4 years but I am stagnating)
For you what is the best way to take protein?
I know protein speeds up muscle tissue repair and new tissue production when the muscle being worked is at rest, so what would you advise me to do?
1) after training (1 hour after)
2) after training (before going to sleep) and the next day, distributed throughout the day
I thought about the next day since it is there that the muscle is well at rest and that the fabric manufacturing repairs are done … but as I only have theoretical knowledge about it, I would like the advice of people who take
Avoid messages like “protein is shit nothing like natural” … please, because we don’t care a lot = /

Personally, I take a small dose of protein over 6 snacks during the day. (egg white, whey, chicken breast etc …)

I went to see one of the manager of my weight room and he advised me to take the doses around the training only
3 hours before the training (even if it is whey which normally assimilates in less than 1 hour), that is to say for me after the meal and directly after training (30min after)
If it’s whey you’re talking about, take it around training. That is to say 1 to 2 doses just before (and not 3 hours before) and 2 doses just after as soon as you can.
At all other times of the day, taking whey as a snack is not useful because of its speed of assimilation as you said the manager of your room. If you want a “snack” protein, go for tri-protein or quad-protein.
And for a snack before bedtime, it is advisable to take casein for its prolonged assimilation.

I tried what the manager told me to know how to take it 3 hours before training and just after the training, I noticed exactly what he told me, that is to say:
I was pushing heavier (in the dev lying down 7 rep to 90kg instead of 10 rep to 75kg)
and especially a much better recovery between sets …
