Protein or not protein?
Coming here today, I expect precise and serious answers, so thank you for answering seriously
First of all my physical characteristics.
I am a boy, of 1m84, 88kg. No apparent fat, except a very thin layer on the abs, but almost nothing. Basically, I’m not all muscle. (but I never had fat. I always had a muscular body)
Now the technical characteristics.
I have been a sportsman from a young age, and I currently play rugby. I am also in sports college. Which increases my sports time per week to 6 p.m. (And if I want I can easily go to 10 p.m. or more)
I have my 3 meals a day (lunch: Trésor cereals + Special K, a large bowl with lots of milk. And a glass of orange juice. Noon / evening: what is at the meal.) Not necessarily balanced but good .. I eat as I want, that is to say that sometimes I devour like a wolf, and other times I eat not much.
I do of course on a 4h, which is composed of milk, nutella toast and other and this .. in large quantities! I also eat after the evening meal in my bed just before sleeping. (well it depends, it’s usually when I watch videos and arrive at midnight)
With all this sport, I accumulate a lot of fatigue, and the like, and I would like to know if precisely proteins are advisable or not. (I speak of course of synthetic proteins. Because I eat a lot of meat / fish / vegetables and other)
Repair of the muscles / gain of energy / reduces muscle fatigue … in
short, that beautiful things that are supposed to happen if I take any.
I don’t want to dope, I just want to see if my body can “heal” itself a bit.
By telling me if I can take it, what type (vegetable prot or other …) how much to take, for how long …
Thank you for your answer, See you
These are the carbohydrates that give the energy necessary for the functioning of the muscles …

But you absolutely don’t tell us what you WANT. Gain muscle mass and / or density, lose that thin layer of fat on the hack, have more energy during physical activity, have more energy after physical activity ???
I agree with Renato. As for fatigue. Obviously, protein and carbohydrate intake are important. Already for the effort, better resistance to the effort and better performance. But it is especially interesting at the recovery level. Then depending on what you are looking for, you will choose the type of protein.
Amino acid intake has also been shown to increase recovery.
I also do a lot of sports (basketball and bodybuilding) and being a former staps I know your situation very well. Food supplements serve precisely and compensate for the deficiencies in our diet.
Small precision, the proteins in jars are not synthetic but completely natural, they come from milk, egg, soya …
Your breakfast and especially your afternoon snack are pretty horrible in terms of nutritional intake …
Tell us what your goal is so that we can advise you on your diet.
As for taking protein powder, no need to talk about fear of doping, it’s quite natural.
Hi to you,
As said before without having your precise objectives, it is not easy to give you advice …
But there are “general” advice while waiting for more details from you …
Already make a plan correct food.
I can understand that we like to make nutella toast at 4pm, but from a “sporting” point of view it is not ideal …
Regarding your “sudden fatigue” promotes taking carbohydrate before your workouts and after (see during the form of maltodextrin cut in water.)
Protein powder is natural and absolutely not doping products so no
concern on this side (pre-judgments die hard).
Protein powders are natural and absolutely not doping products so don’t worry on this side (pre-judgments die hard).
When you buy in France, or on reliable sites …
If you buy products that are not authorized in France in another country, that’s another problem.
On the internet, for example, there are products that are supposed to contain only proteins, and which are “polluted” by illegal substances
And, of course, it’s not on the composition
which site to advise then?
is “irun” good?
