Hi everyone, I myself am on a protein diet, I take creatine too. Know that the law allows 5 g per day, the 6 grams that you take correspond to what your body needs, it is not serious on the other hand it is necessary to make cures of 2 months for the creatine, you stop 1 months, in addition to a regular protein intake.
