The supplement I would take would be “Performance (Nutrition for Athletes) Pro 80%”.
Or if you have other preferable product.
nobody to help me?

Hello,
For muscle development we recommend a daily intake of 2.2g of protein per kg of body weight, so someone of 80kg will have to absorb about 170g of protein per day, with the constraint that the body cannot absorb it. about that 40g every three hours. You will therefore have to eat every 3/4 hours.
Concerning the risks: an excess of protein can cause problems in the kidneys (notably stones) so if you have renal insufficiency avoid any supplementation. It is also imperative to hydrate well. Other than that no known risks.
Good luck
Do not worry if you respect the doses you do not risk much as long as you hydrate well … On the other hand if you take protein you will have abundant gas but once again it is normal.

You can go up to the consumption of 3g of protein per kilo of weight and per day, normal diet included. You will also need to drink enough.
Nonetheless, the only risk of taking protein powder would be for those with kidney problems only.
Before advising you could you detail your current diet and your training because you may have to do already before supplementing with protein (for info meat fish sources of protein too ..)
Just to tell you that it’s not just powder prot who will fix everything …
Have a better day
hello, the major risk for these supplements is not related to proteins but to additional products, the famous fat burners; a mixture of ‘ephedrine and caffeine, at a certain dose it can cause the death of the person, at low doses there are many contraindications, it is generally very bad for the body, especially for the heart. so be careful and don’t swallow anything.
Another thing, increase your consumption of dairy products when you follow a high protein diet. In principle there is no problem since we take milk aves its proteins except during dry periods.
I also heard that the proteins come from abatory on animals that can be sick because there is no control
