Protein with dryness?
I am currently overweight, I am 90kg for 1M80 knowing that I am not too too fat. I have a lot of back arms etc … But a little brioche what.
I currently do 3 40min run sessions per week in addition to series of push-ups, dumbbell work etc …
I try to dry off without losing muscle.
I am going to start a diet and I would like to add protein if possible.
Is it a good idea ? If so what marks me advise you? Preferably from retailers like Decathlon.
Yes of course!! protein is always a basis for a diet !!! you increase your prot. and you decrease your lipids and hydrates !!!!
I believe that at decathlon there is the TWINLAB brand! very good!! but don’t go get yourself a jar of mass !!! eh !!! but good protein!
I do not advise you to take your protein from decathlon, because the quality and the results with it are not so good.
As has been said, you increase your proteins, you decrease your lipids and carbohydrates (you only consume complex carbohydrates)
