Proteins for bodybuilding
Hello, I am 18 years old, I am 1m83 and I weigh 72 kg. I started weight training about 1 year ago and I signed up for the gym 2 months ago.
My main goal is to gain muscle volume, I think that without protein I wouldn’t be able to do it, but I’m not sure what type of protein to use.
Could someone enlighten me on this subject taking into account my weight and height.

If you are looking to gain weight while gaining muscle you like me use a Gainer with more Carbohydrates (Carbohydrates) with less protein.
After me I take a Gainer with more Carbohydrate to gain weight because I am ectomorphic but if you don’t have a weight problem, you can choose whey.
Personally people usually take Gainer but I am not an expert in the matter so visit some forums
