I read about a study that long term use of soy protein powder can be harmful to health. A friend is also working out and taking this famous powder bought in decathlon, and honestly he is on a strict diet with no fat or sugar to gain muscle and not fat !!

Hello everyone, there are 2 kinds of conditioned proteins:
Whey protein, to gain muscle based on 70% whey protein without fat intake. And the protein Gainer, based on proteins and carbohydrates, for a gain of muscle mass, fat and muscle. ideal for dry people.
So much for protein. See you soon on
Personally, I would say good because I am taking it and I have actually seen a change in my body. I am taking CreatckNox and can tell you that it works. I gained 3 kilos of muscle in 4 months by going to weight training 3 times a week.
