Hello, if I take protein powder diluted with water without exercising it will make me fat? I absolutely want to gain weight I’m too skinny and I can’t do it even by eating more and it’s really a complex but I don’t want muscle I want fat I swim already fat but its not enough I was wondering if its could speed up my weight gain
