Proteins, supplements, …
Here I will have a few small questions because I do not really know what to do,
so its been 1 year is half see 2 now that I am doing bodybuilding and now I would like to gain mass as I may I don’t know I have a little to ask and I was advised to take proteins and supplements and I was advised to have maximum bodybuilding mass I think its sapelle may have seen on the internet I have not seen many positive opinions:
so but question are is that eafit is a good brand for mass gain?
and what can I take as a supplement and when?
And the last one is that during the rest days it is useful to take the proteins as well as the supplements?

I just saw your message on doctissimo and like you I was looking for the right food supplement to help me in my sporting efforts. I practice downhill biking at a high level and I needed something that naturally boost me, the medoc and other bars full of chemistry I gave enough .. I had already heard about spirulina by friends of mine. Not knowing what it was I looked for and I discovered a blog that talks about it. It has a lot of virtues and for the sport it helps me (shorter recovery time, increased resistance, it boosts me funny and especially I eat less because the proteins included gives me an effect of satiety). I have tried this dietary supplement and am satisfied for the moment. I am continuing my treatment at the moment.
I have just read your message, spirulina is a very good supplement, but to gain mass the first thing to do is to eat a lot and eat well but everyone does not necessarily have the time.
Taking food supplements can be a big boost, EAFIT I tried, the only result I had was zero dc buttons!
On the other hand, brands like futurelab or inko (a little more expensive) are really effective for bodybuilding, for the bike the brand ergysport or punch power remains very very good.
