Question about Gainer
I have been doing weight training for a few months now. I weigh 59 kilos for 1m76
I bought gainer
and I would like to know if I can take it in the morning to replace breakfast? Because I do not have time in the morning with the school ..
I know which would be better to have lunch
It would make me “put on weight” knowing that I do 2 times of the muscu plus two training of rugby per week
What time do you get up ? Because good to have a breakfast it lasts like 5 mins … the excuse of the lack of time seems to me a little too big anyway XD.
I get up at 5:15 am and that does not prevent me from taking 5 mins to eat my oatmeal and my cottage cheese. x)
It can make you gain weight … like losing weight. It all depends on what you eat on your day.
I get up at 6.15 am knowing that I must be ready at 6.40 am … I try to sleep as much as possible
If not for breakfast what would I need?
Egg white is good for quick protein.
Oatmeal for slow carbohydrates.
You can prepare your eggs the day before.
Oatmeal takes 2mins to eat.
Where can I buy the oatmeal? I made 2 large surfaces and impossible to find x)!
