every evening I drink 5 cl of rapeseed oil.
So I have as much omega 3 as if I consumed fish oil capsules but it is really cheaper.
Is this a good method or should it be avoided?
I want to gain weight at the same time because I have a BMI of 17 (skinny) will that help me?
that’s good. In your place I would add a teaspoon to my raw vegetables; or at the end of cooking on my pasta (when it has been drained).
I advise you to read the post entitled “Advice: balanced or fast diet?” on nutrition. looks for fatty acids. Omega 3
