resumption of sport after a year of competition
Hello. I’m 20 years old, and I’m currently in a competition year where there’s not really much to do other than work. Before this year I was very athletic, I regularly did mountain biking, running, but especially swimming (my sport for 6 years) and a little bodybuilding (not bad last summer). This summer, I measured around 1 m 76 for 68 kg, and today for I think the same size I am around 74 knowing that I have not done anything since September. my abs which were morphologically quite big melted as well as my pecs, my arms, my shoulders … and since February I have light handles of love which begin to appear ^^. in fact I cannot afford to eat little and deprive myself of good gruyere pasta when working nonstop. II still have 4 months of battery life and that doesn’t bother me because I will have all my life after this competition to play sports and regain and even improve the silhouette I had before. From June, I plan to play sports every day (mountain biking, run a lot and for a long time, swim a lot), with a diet where I will not deprive myself of vegetables (in fact, above all, eat little, and in a balanced way, and eat very few pasta, same kind, and of course, zero pizzas, macdo and other unnecessary fats). And finally, in July, after I have dried up, I count while continuing to register in addition in a long-term weight room. And in fact, I would like to ask you if you could advise me of a particular and effective type of diet from June, and if it could be good touse (not necessarily long-term) products such as proteins that are found on the market in order to optimize / accelerate my results … I specify that I do not have a “fat” morphology at the base (not a fart of fat this summer), and I think I will lose quite easily the little that I will have taken this year if I do things right … Thank you very much
well after more than a month without an answer, I answer to myself: I will struggle to achieve my ends.
