Ripped Max + L-Carnitine?
I just ordered these two products:
-The Ripped Max (drying + anti abdominal fat storage)
-L-Carnitine (fat burning and energy production)
Can these products be combined or are they equivalent?
My goal is to refine myself and especially to eliminate this layer of fat in the belly. I obviously combine all this with cardio + healthy food.
I think that the 2 complement each other … the 1st should avoid “new” fat storage ”
The 2nd will use your fat to transform it into energy
I’m not a pro, it would be good if someone did knowing better could give his opinion
After having read the advice for use, I intend to take:
The ripped max: 2 capsules for lunch and dinner 30 minutes before meals.
L-carnitine (1g): 1 capsule 60 minutes before eating at noon and 1 capsule 60 minutes before training otherwise 60 minutes before eating in the evening.
We will see what that gives over 1 month.
ripped max is it with chitosan?
In this case we do the same, because I take chito max (2 capsules 30min before meal) and L carnitine (liquid) before sport and even a protein shake after just to nourish the muscle

group lessons, I combine cardio (body attack, body combat, rpm & amp; fit box) and muscle (b.pump + caf, body art)
it depends on weeks, I try 6.7h week, qd I go, in general I do 2 hours (2 classes) which leaves me a few days of rest (we + 1 day of the week)
but I do it above all for pleasure, and to feel better
