Royal jelly or ginseng?
To prepare for winter and perhaps strengthen your body against the flu, I am thinking of taking royal jelly or ginseng, but which one preferably for good efficiency, I would not like to take both? How long should you take (all winter or a few weeks before)?
I also spotted propolis for tonsillitis, colds … is it good?

Me to prepare for winter, the whole family will do a drinkable aloe vera cure to strengthen the immune system and then all winter I use bee products, propolis as soon as I get something and royal jelly when I get tired.
