Seeking vitamins or others against fatigue
I am a work-study student, my school is 1h30 from home and my work is 1 hour.
It tires me a lot because I have to get up early and come home late …. I also have a lot of exams to pass, and it’s not easy to get into the revisions with fatigue
I would like to have your opinion on supplements that I will be able to buy. I don’t know any
Thanks, I’ll find out
Can you buy it well in pharmacies?
The ideal would be to always rest eight hours a day, to avoid stimulants and alcohol, to have a healthy food, to do some sport and to try to work your physical and mental possibilities with practices like yoga or relaxation.
Ok thank you very much, I don’t have too much time to sleep that’s the downside otherwise I will sleep more and with pleasure!
That’s why I’m also looking for vitamins, it’s hard to get into the revisions
I have the impression that drinking fruit juice doesn’t help in the long term even if it feels good
D ‘elsewhere I will try your idea with the apple
Hi. I used young lecitone bought in pharmacies to pass the baccalaureate and to college. you should take it preferably 3 months before the start of the exams. it is very efficient for memory. As for fatigue, you need magnesium and iron (the apple doesn’t have any, contrary to what many people think). Don’t buy vitamins from the supermarket like juvamine, which is expensive and inefficient. try to sleep 30 min between 2 subjects. do not sleep more, that will help you! and take a break at dinner time, and remember to air out, even if it’s near the window
Can you buy it well in pharmacies?
yes or on the net
A courageous student. Me too for 5 years I made a daily trip of 4 hours (round trip) and it wears out the body.
To help you, how about a Korean ginseng cure? It helps the human body to resist fatigue and external aggressions. Here is an article devoted to the virtue of Korean ginseng.
Thank you very much for your advice
I took ginseng and other natural vitamins like guarana and spirulina
To sleep better I took omega 3 we’ll see
I have a full week of examination in March very important, I intend to revise early, must be far-sighted
your activities may justify your fatigue, but possibly get your thyroid checked
I use every morning a 100% natural food supplement that I was made to discover in direct sale, it is composed of all the vitamins necessary for a day, I admit that since I took this I have not no more changes in my day, it can only be found in direct sales but my supplier has a website to contact him and we can even buy online. If you want info, don’t hesitate to ask
I also took part in a lot of travel for my studies, and I tested vitamins and others! For my part I ended up finding one in particular, which is very healthy, well I can talk about it for a long time ^^ if you want do not hesitate to contact me
Good luck in any case
Based on studies that I have read + my personal experience, you can go without risks to:
-Magnesium chloride (Allows me to sleep 1 hour less without feeling the slightest effect. A sachet (1.5 € in pharma) in 1L of water in 20
days -avoid heavy meals in the evening (prefer soup / salad) which adversely affect the quality of sleep, also remember to hydrate properly (not too much either so as not to have to pee 4 times)
-avoid screens in the evening which stimulate the visual cortex and reduce melatonin. books are also good –
coffee during the day, or tea avoiding after 2 to 3 p.m., do not overdo it but it is really a good plus .
In the event of a downturn, always think first of all to hydrate, water is life
Based on everything the same but that I recommend in google search (I take some but they are active molecules and I’m just an unknown forumer, don’t take my word for it
-Creatine (5g / d)
-DMAE (100mg / d)
-Piracetam (1-3g / g)
-Oxiracetam (300mg-1g / d)
Good and, I think we can say without being a doctor that doing a few hours of sport (running / swimming) a week and eating healthy can only be good
(I was sporty, I haven’t been sport for 6 months for various reasons, my sleep was of better quality!)
