I advise you to buy a well-dosed multivitamin to start, I suggest that you look on the side of the American market which is much more provided in the matter (and less expensive).
Then you can add Omega 3, magnesium, vitamin C (in general multivitamins contain no or too little).
The magnesium trail needs to be explored … especially with modern food.
Maybe try to eat more nuts, hazelnuts, dried beans, lentils, dried apricots, green vegetables, dark chocolate, ….
