I bought the cap with the big serious mass pot of 2.7kg, I measure 1.80m for 70kg, which is not famous.

Could you please explain the doses to me as simply as possible because I do not follow at all on the large doser, there are several entries which are based, how many times a day how long, how much ‘water.

you must take 45 grams of powdered prot per training day (be careful, it is not 45 gram of powder, it is 45 gram of prot contained in your powder. ex: on 15 gram of prot on 50 gram of powder you must take 3 tablespoons per day so 150 grams)
you can take them in 2 or 3 daily doses (morning, post-training, and evening)
to mix 200 to 300 ml of water
