Spirulina and Evening Primrose?
So here, I take Spirulina daily, at a rate of 8 to 10gr per day.
I have also just started a 3 month course of evening primrose oil.
I wonder if the evening primrose cure really brings me something more than Spirulina?
I note that evening primrose oil (in any case I take caplets) contains vitamin E, at a rate of 10mg per capsule (I take 3 capsules daily, as indicated on the package)
Spirulina CONTAIN also (approx 10mg for the dose I take)
Is there no risk of overdose?
Would it be better to do one cure after the other and not the two together?
Thanks for your opinion and advice.
Have a good day
Regarding spirulina as a cure or daily is no problem … Spirulina being a super food or a super salad you will have no worries if it is not full of vitamins on a daily basis …
The excess of intake of vitamins is not necessarily a health asset !!!
Even if the evening primrose is a very good anti-inflammatory known for a very long time, be careful not to ignite either it does not solve all health problems !!
It will also be preferable to pay attention to the quality of your food supplements as well as to pay attention to the mixture !!
In this regard:
Teramer the ally of your healthoffers you 100% quality 100% French food supplements…
And why not consume a little evening primrose oil with your salads…
The vinaigrette sauce is good !! Nobody has the same dose or with the same ingredient… Me for my part the vinaigrette is good with balsamic vinegar…
I am very skeptical about the virtues and the interest of evening primrose oil.; just like borage oil .. it is proposed for its gamma linolenic acid content .. which belongs to the OMEGAS 6 series. . which are rather surplus in our food
and potential precursor of arachidonic acid and prostaglandins E2 and leukotrienes
therefore apart from a local use for its content in VIT E … I think that evening primrose oil has no real interest
