I would like to start an anti-stress and anti-fatigue cure and I wanted to know if the spirulina and the mag 2 were compatible for taking at the same time
My second question is that I sometimes take activated charcoal in the middle of the day when I have bloating, I heard that charcoal negates the effects of food supplements and drugs, is that true? how long do i have to wait?
