hi are there people who have already taken St. John’s wort and omega 3?
St. John’s Wort is a very prescribed plant, especially in Germany, for pbs of moderate depression; it seems to be paying off.
mistrust, however, due to interactions between other drugs.
the best if you want to take St. John’s Wort is to supplement it with B vitamins, you can buy it in brewer’s yeast in the dietetic department stores me it’s 3 euros of 200 tablets … no need to take a super brand c
omega 3 is more expensive and not necessarily better
omega 3 is good but I have never read that it was necessary to supplement St. John’s Wort …. but for someone who does not eat a lot of fish it is ideal !

Regarding Omega 3-6-9, these are ‘Essential’ oils, that is to say that our body cannot produce them, they must therefore be found in food (fatty fish, Ex: Salmon) or in the supplements
The lack of Omega3-6-9 can play on the moods (among others).
