Supplement for ectomorph

Here I am going to start training again after a long break. Being skinny, I have a lot of difficulty in gaining mass. I looked quickly quickly on the net and I found 2 programs power supply.

Otherwise .. the best gainer possible is one that you make yourself.
You buy oatmeal and casein .. you mix it with milk or water and voila. It’s cheaper and at least you know the quantity and what’s in it.
But before I say that you are not gaining weight I would like to see your diet. Can you tell me exactly how many calories you eat per day? If you can’t answer me and well then no additional information will be useful to you. x)
