My nutritionist doctor has just given me thermogenesis pills, which are not sold in France but in Belgium, so that I lose weight faster and more effectively. I read that it could be dangerous; Does anyone know this. Thank you for giving me your opinion, especially if you have already taken some. A +

Thermogenesis pills? you must have read / heard wrong … it must rather be pills that will increase thermogenesis (temperature in the body / basal metabolism)

Usually over-the-counter products are based on caffeine / guarana for prohibited products. is often ephedrine that is found in it (and in this case indeed be careful since ephedra has caused fatal cases (but in what dosages I do not know)
